Joey Rusnak, owner of Lifeguard Authority, will share practical, actionable strategies to elevate customer service and create positive guest experiences. Industry veteran Miklos Valdez will draw from his extensive experience conducting risk management visits to help leaders identify hazards, reduce risk, and understand the “why” behind safety practices, and we'll round out the session by focusing on how frontline managers can demonstrate strong, consistent leadership throughout the season.
