The challenges of Aquatics staffing are a mile long. Lack of transportation, lack of reliability, poor retention, and cultural divides are only a few systemic barriers those under (and over) 18 face to be employed at the pool. Join us as we assess the barriers to entry for getting a job in aquatics and how to ease those barriers to hire and retain staff.
