Kate did a fantastic job delivering a high-quality training geared toward aquatics pros! The information she presents expands well beyond a typical DEI training, she provides specific example of policies organizations should review and approaches the subject from a delicate yet passionate perspective. I will certainly be referring back to this one in the future.
