Start with Why

Using excerpts from Simon Sinek, and Dale Carnegie, we will dive into the generational differences, and people we work with and how we can get on the same page. How can we get the front line employees to buy in to a bigger purpose for the season we have them? What are you leaving behind when you step off property and leave the company you are with? We are going to band together and learn what we need to do to keep our passions and purposes alive!
