Description
At some point in a career path, employees will be promoted to a position in which they are responsible for areas outside of their own specialty. In this session, speakers will discuss skills needed to oversee staff who are experts in areas outside of their knowledge base. Topics will include management tools, scaling up personal skills, finding or providing resources, and developing skills of direct reports.
