Introduction to Lifesaving Sport

Have you heard about the only known sport in the world where participants first learn the skills for humanitarian purposes and only later use them in competition? Let’s talk Lifesaving Sport. The sport is not only a highly competitive and dynamic international sport, but also a vehicle for engaging young people in lifesaving and our humanitarian goal to prevent drowning. It improves the physical and mental agility of lifeguards and juniors.
